From first inquiry to final delivery — here's what working together looks like.
Inquiry & Availability
Clients reach out with details about their project. I confirm availability and determine if the project is a fit.
Proposal & Booking
Once the scope is clear, a proposal is sent outlining coverage, pricing, and deliverables. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the date.
Pre-Production
We align on creative direction, shot list (if needed), and logistics — location, timing, and styling considerations.
Shoot Day
We execute the session based on the agreed direction and coverage. The focus is on capturing intentional, high-quality imagery while keeping the process efficient and relaxed.
Post-Production
Images are carefully selected, edited, and refined to match studio standard and the intended use of the project.
Delivery
Final images are delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed timeframe, ready for download and use based on the licensing terms.
